MORE WEEKEND PLANS
When: Sept. 4 & 5, 2010 at Daytime events
Where: Western Hills Guest Lodge
Come to our MHS Class of 1980 Yoga Practice on Saturday, September 4th, and explore the gifts of yoga.
We will meet in the Lobby of the Western Hills Guest Ranch and Lodge at 8 a.m. and then proceed to a nice outdoor area to share a relaxed, simple session of yoga. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
The great thing about yoga is it’s an eternal process. Anyone can start a yoga practice, even if you don't feel like you are very flexible or very strong. Yoga encourages a noncompetitive spirit of personal achievement. One of the most difficult, yet liberating things about yoga is letting go of the ego and accepting that we're all doing the best we can on any given day.
Hope to see you there!
