It's a tough economy these days, and budgets are a concern for all of us.

You don't have to stay out at Western Hills to attend the reunion, but we would really love to have you out there. Western Hills is requiring a three-night minimum stay because of the Labor Day holiday weekend, but you don't have to come up with hundreds of dollars all at once. Here are the options:
You do have to pay for one full night's stay with your reservation. But that's one night paid for right off the bat!
You can then pay out the rest of your stay in advance, if you'd like. And you don't even have to do it a full night at a time. Miss Tricia, who's in charge of Reservations, is very easy to work with. You can send her a check (or call her with a credit/debit card amount) whenever you have it, and she'll apply it to your account. For checks, include your Confirmation Number from your reservation on the "memo" line. Mail to:
Western Hills Guest Lodge

If you prefer to call, you can reach her at (918) 772-2545.

ROOMMATE OPTION: Think it'd be fun -- as well as budget-friendly -- to share a room? Click HERE to e-mail us if you're interested. We'll have a list of folks who are interested in this option -- we'll send you their contact info, and it'll be up to y'all to work out your own deal.

Still a little pricey? There are RV and tent camping sites available at Sequoyah State Park. Call 918-772-2046 for reservations here. If you do reserve a campsite, please e-mail Darren Wimmer so he can keep track of that.
With our Friday night event taking place at the Cherokee Campsite Shelter, camping out in that area could be perfect for you. The prices:
RV/Tent site with electricity and water (no sewage hookups are available in this area): $20 a night (yes, the three-night minimum applies here, too).
A few Tent-Only sites with water but no electricity are available as well for $14/night.
Other campsites are available at Sequoyah:
Want a sewage hookup instead of just a dump tank? You may want to stay at the Seminole Campsite -- those sites are new, and some come
with sewage hookups (as well as water and electricity) for $23/night. (Without sewage hookup, it's $20/night.)
The Choctaw Campsite offers sewage hookups, water and electricity on all of its RV spaces for $23/night. Tent-only plots with a picnic table but no water, electricity, etc., go for $12/night.
